should be able to be produce reliable consistent verifiable and valid research.
1.Ability to generate ideas for research projects
2.Ability to identify, source and use appropriate literature
3.Ability to develop research projects with a good fit, i.e. where the different parts of the research project fit well together
4.Ability to gather and analyze data
5.Ability to write well and be able to communicate clearly, thoroughly and simply, through writing
